  • Forgetting and then neglecting the aspects of yourself:  mind, body, and spirit.

Ways To Avoid Negative Frame of Mind
  • You defeat bad thoughts by implementing good thoughts:  success, joy, harmony, service, and respect.
  • Think about what you want and expect it:  you deserve it.
  • Put yourself around people with a positive frame of mind.
  • Respect yourself and treat others the way you like to be treated.
  • Realize and be conscious of your attitude and take action to promote a better more positive way.
  • Remind yourself of your success you have had in your life.
  • Be cognizant of what makes you happy:  music, walk in nature, playing with a pet, spending time with your friends, reading an inspirational message, going to church, viewing or creating art, exercising, etc.
